the room is quiet and impressive with lovely bed. the location is marvellous and lovely, a 10-15 minute walk from bay of fires. need to remember that it's very close to downtown.

This place is clean with helpful and friendly staff, a great on-site bar, spacious rooms with heating, and beautiful water views, leaving no room for complaints.

All facilities were of a good standard. The meal prices especially the breakfast menu was excellent.
Balcony was a bit small. Couldnt fit a chair on it to take in the view.

Everything was great during 1 day, greatly enjoyed its marvellous location just off trucks driving through town and 2 IGA stores and other amenities. The services were excellent, offered us good free Wi-Fi. Took the advantage of the parking nearby.

The family room here has recently been updated and comes with convenient amenities like an electric kettle, air conditioning, and an iron, plus I loved the beautiful sea view!

The hotel is very old and not what the photo's show. The Photos must be of the best room in the hotel as they as no where close to the state of our room. The room we booked was a pool site room this was true but the pool is not what you would think by the pictures. The room that i had has not been updated since the 1970's and is in bad need of renovating. Our room was located in a side lane way. I would not stay here again all recommend this accommodation to anyone. I have used this site for a lot of accommodation bookings and this is the first bad one i have had.

I really enjoyed the super friendly staff. the rooms were well-appointed and newly remodeled. - the atmosphere created was family-friendly. - the property was in a very central setting to everything in St Helens. - It was just a pleasant stroll away from Suncoast Gallery.

The View form the room.
The evening meal served to my partner and myself in the bistro was the low lite of our week stay in Tasmania. We had our breakfast elsewhere due to the food served to us the night before, it rated 1 out of 10 (1 point was beginning it to the table).

The view and location were excellent
Shower over bath facilities are inadequate for people th poor moility and generally more dangerous for everyone else. Any future refurbishemnt should address this issue particularly given our ageing population.

The hotel is located in a very central setting. It's near an alley with an old slum for a view, the Bay of Fires Eco tour is a great way to see the coast line & Sloop Rock and there is a pub where patrons of the rooms often smoke at the back entrance.
